At Body Focus Fitness & Performance you'll be introduced to Functional Cross Training ( FxT ), a workout system developed after months of real world testing on people from all walks of life. FxT is based on addressing what I call the Physical Essentials(PE): strength, endurance, power, balance and flexibility. This is accomplished by employing a variety of workout methods and strategies all centered around learning and performing the Foundation Movements and their variations. These movements train and develop the basics of human physical functional and comprise the platform on which this system is designed. The beauty of the FxT is that it is infinitely scalable; it is as easily applied to a college athlete seeking maximum performance as it is to a women in her 50's looking to increase bone density.
